Vesel Urbana is a compact, fully electric minibus designed by TriChokro Automotives for the fixed, short-distance routes that carry most of Dhaka's daily commuters: campus loops, factory shifts, housing societies and the last kilometre to bus and metro stations. It seats 11 passengers and a driver, reaches 70 km/h, and travels up to 100 km on a single charge with a 3.5 kW electric drivetrain.
At ৳5,00,000, Urbana puts a modern, low-noise, zero-tailpipe-emission shuttle within reach of institutions, small fleet owners and first-time transport entrepreneurs who today depend on diesel and CNG human haulers. Its wide glasshouse, enclosed cabin and clear lighting signature give passengers a safer, more dignified ride, while electric running keeps the daily cost of operation low.
The project brings TriChokro's BUET-born engineering, proven on the Pathfinder three-wheeler and the Trambulance, to the next size of urban mobility.

Four rows fit eleven passengers in a footprint small enough for Dhaka's side roads. Large side windows and a full-height windscreen keep the cabin bright and give the driver a clear view of the street.
Design
Three bands, one face you remember
A vermilion canopy roof, a black glass band and white body pods over each wheel. Easy to spot from across the street, easy to brand for any fleet.
Halo headlamps
Round projector halos joined by a V-shaped LED light bar give Urbana a friendly, unmistakable face, day or night.
Full-height tail lamps
Tall red light blades frame the rear window, with low bumper reflectors, so traffic behind sees the shuttle early.
Panoramic glass
Wide windows and a tall windscreen for a bright cabin and better driver visibility.
Short overhangs
Wheels pushed to the corners keep the body compact for tight turns and narrow lanes.
Quiet and clean
Electric drive means no engine rumble and no exhaust at the stop or in the cabin.
