Aerodynamic Design
Our unique retractable hood design significantly reduces air drag coefficient compared to traditional flat-front rickshaws. This optimization leads to a 15% increase in range per charge and better stability at higher speeds (up to 50 km/h).
Hydraulic Braking
Safety is paramount. We replaced the standard mechanical drum brakes with a triple-disc hydraulic braking system (Hand, Foot, Handle). This reduces braking distance by 40% and eliminates the risk of brake fade in heavy traffic.
Truss Chassis
Validated through ANSYS load simulations, our tubular truss chassis distributes stress evenly. It is 35% lighter than traditional angular chassis yet supports 80% more load (up to 700kg), preventing structural fatigue.
LiFePO4 Technology
We utilize Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries which offer 3000+ charge cycles (vs 500 for Lead-Acid). They are non-toxic, non-explosive, and provide consistent power output regardless of charge level.

TriChokro from BUET Secures Winner Spots at SOfE Final 2025
The Speak Out for Engineering (SOfE) Bangladesh Final 2025, organized by IMechE Bangladesh on 8 November 2025, showcased exceptional engineering talent as BUET students dominated the competition. A.A.M. Rownak Shahriar Ruhan claimed the championship title and will represent Bangladesh at the SOfE South Asian Region (SAR) 2025 on behalf of TriChokro.
